About
Vancouver,BC
Hi! I'm Lily

I am a current MD candidate at the University of British Columbia.
My interest in clinical practice began as a fascination with the human body, leading to my experience as a clinical anatomist. The opportunity to apply the concepts of anatomy, in conjunction with problem solving and helping others, drew me towards the field of medicine.

Throughout my academic and professional career, I have had the opportunity to engage with human anatomy in both work and research, and in sharing my passion for this field through teaching. I am particularly interested in the clinical applications of the intricacies of the human body - an avenue I intend to pursue

I have research experience in the anatomical sciences, both in anatomical education and clinical application. The prospect of discovery and contributing to scientific community has been a major driving force within my research. I have also had the opportunity to pursue my passion for teaching in human anatomy for the last few years, developing strong communication skills and the ability to effectively translate knowledge.
Beyond academics, I am an avid dog lover with a serious sweet tooth. I am a first-generation Polish-Canadian and am originally from Vancouver, BC. As such, I have love for both the excitement of the city and the wonder of the outdoors.
My ultimate goal is to find a fulfilling avenue of work that connects my interests with my desire to help others.
